Admissions Process
Throughout the year, we host a variety of weekly family and home education groups.
All applicants are required to complete the admissions process prior to joining.
Step 1
​Contact Us to express an interest in joining. You will be sent an online enquiry form to complete and be contacted by the admissions team. They will let you know if there are spaces available and what to do next.
Step 3
After a trial there will be an opportunity for both the new parents/family and the admissions team to come together for a review and discuss how they feel the child has got on and ask any further questions you may have.
Payment Details
Upon completing the registration process with Mighty Minds CIC, all subsequent bookings are to be made full and in advance, Failure to do so may result in your child losing their place in the group. We require full terms notice to withdraw your child from our setting.

Step 2
The admissions team will connect you with the tutor holding the group in order to schedule an initial discussion about the group or educational approach and timetable.
Your child will then be offered a trial.

Step 4
the Tutor and Admissions team will engage in a discussion regarding the application. If a place is agreed, we will provide you with a formal start date, admissions pack and parental agreement.
Home Education
It is essential to understand that Mighty Minds CIC as a home education provision can only contribute and not exceed 16.5 hours a week tutoring, we facilitate groups to deliver a portion of your children’s education and extra curricular activities rather than compromising the entirety of it. As parents it is your ongoing responsibility to oversee and deliver your childs education.
