Silver Birch 8-10 Years

By systematically building upon the previous Main Themes, we extend and develop children’s capacities in the essential core skills of literacy and numeracy. By investing in these core competencies, we empower children to approach complex concepts with confidence and curiosity reinforcing their understanding but also encouraging deeper cognitive connections.

Redwood 10-12 Years
Our group embarks on a pivotal reflection of their journey through the formative years. As we reach the midpoint of this remarkable adventure, the children are experiencing a gradual yet significant transformation.
Hawthorn 13-14 years
Our Hawthorn group is a combined age range consisting of a Waldorf class 7/8, here the curriculum strives to stimulate the child’s growing curiosity about the world they live in. Whilst studying the natural sciences (Geography, Geology, Botany and Physics) the tutor directs the children's attention to the laws of natural phenomena. For example, in Physics, the group will look at gravity, magnetism, heat, light and sound. In Geography, the group explores the configurations and formations of the Earth’s layers and landmasses, focusing on Europe, her people and cultures.
